Fit
The built-in short means I can sit on a patio or chase my kid without thinking about it. Denim has just enough stretch to move but still holds structure.
Not too light, not stiff dark rigid denim. Works with the cardigan and a white tee. Waistband sits at my natural waist and doesn't gap in the back.
I have a smaller waist and fuller hips and went one size up — perfect after that. Length is short but not scandalous, hits upper thigh.
